Q. Why should I choose your company?

- Our process allows us to apply the maximum amount of scent to your product. The result is strong, long-lasting, and easily released. We encourage you to compare our samples to our competitors' and smell the difference for yourself. We think you will find that our products stand out.

- We are friendly, know our business, and strive to be easy to do business with. You will usually communicate directly with the principals of our company who know what is happening with your project and can answer your questions.
Q. What is the scent made of? Is the scented coating safe? What about allergic reactions? How long does the scent last?

Q. Can you scent any type of paper? How about other non-paper items? Can I process the paper further after the scent has been applied? Can I run scented paper through a printer?

Q. What is your scenting process? Can I purchase my own equipment?
A. We use a proprietary process utilizing custom-built equipment that is not available for purchase.
Q. Can I purchase the scent from you?
A. No, we do not sell raw materials.
Q. Can I visit your facilities to see your process?
A. We're very sorry to say "No". Our process is a valuable trade secret that we have spent much time and expense developing. While we enjoy being sociable, we do not disclose our processes.

A. Yes, please see the Custom Products Page.
Q. Can you print my project?
A. We have relationships with local printers and can offer competitive printing prices for larger jobs. We can usually help save on shipping costs by providing printing services.
Q. My print job is numbered and must remain in order/My job is pre-printed with variable data and cannot have any scrap. Is this an issue?
A. Keeping a job in order is rarely a problem. Please be able to print one or two extras in case there is scrap. Usually variable data projects are digitally printed. We can save any scrap to have it re-printed. Please note that we cannot guarantee perfection, but infrequently have errors. There is an upcharge for these services.
Q. Do you offer assembly for your wholesale products?
A. Yes. We are now able to offer packaging/assembly, and shrink-wrapping for most projects. Please mention your packaging requirements when you request an estimate for custom products, or at time of order for wholesale products.
Q. I am in a hurry to get this project done and I know what I need. Can we skip the proofing process?
A. Not usually. We insist upon proofs for every project. We want you to be completely happy with the resulting product with no surprises. Different scents, paper finishes, paper coatings, designs, and inks will frequently give results that look different from samples you may have received. Proofs will allow you to make an educated decision before ordering a large quantity. If you job requires digital printing, we can usually provide a prototype that will be identical to the full print run. For Offset, we will provide a print proof on proof paper for you to approve the colors and printing process. We will also provide a separate scent proof that will include your scent on the actual paper for your job.
